Thank you for choosing Wilkinson Sword. This website is owned and operated by Barrus. Each product is guaranteed against defective material or assembly under normal usage conditions.
Coverage: The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers faulty parts and the labour involved in replacing or repairing those parts of original manufacture.
What is not covered?
- General wear and tear: Including, but not limited to, blunt blades.
- Environmental Damage: Depreciation or damage caused by rusting, corrosion, or lack of correct maintenance.
- Misuse: Damage resulting from abuse, operation outside of intended use, or accidental damage.
- Modifications: Failure caused by parts or accessories modified without written approval from Barrus.
- Non-Transferable: This guarantee is only applicable to the original purchaser.
